These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Obscura Bureau (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Obscura Bureau sells access to fictional interactive mystery "case files." All cases, persons, and events depicted are entirely fictional; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. Purchasing a case grants you 60 days of access to its content from the date of purchase, tracked on your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Access begins immediately upon purchase. Because access and content unlock instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a case file has been opened. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
All case content, artwork, and software are owned by Obscura Bureau or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content — it does not transfer any ownership.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obscura Bureau is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
